More than anyone needs to know
I play Yamaha Maple Custom Absolute drums in vintage finish with die-cast
rims. The sizes are:

12" by 8" tom
-
13" x 9" tom
-
14" by 12"tom
-
22" by 16" bass
-
14" by 5 1/2" snare
On these drums, I use these Remo heads:
-
Clear Diplomats for the resonant side of the toms
-
Clear or coated Ambassadors, or CS Black or Clear Dots for batter
heads on the toms
-
Coated Ambassador or coated reverse-side black-dot or CS Black Dot on the
snare
-
Ambassador or Diplomat snare-side head on the bottom of the snare
-
Powerstroke 3 with Falam patches, or CS Black or Clear Dot on the bass drum
The sticks I use are
Vinnie Colaiuta's signature model
manufactured by Zildjian.
My cymbals are all made by Sabian:
I record with the BOSS BR-1600 Digital Recording Studio which is a stand-alone
hard-drive recorder with built-in CD writer etc. Quite nice, and extremely
portable.
