Drums

I play Yamaha Maple Custom Absolute drums in vintage finish with die-cast rims. The sizes are:

  • 12" x 8" mounted tom
  • 13" x 9" mounted tom
  • 14" x 14" floor tom
  • 22" x 16" bass drum
  • 14" x 5.5" snare

I also play Ludwig snare drums:

  • 14" x 5" hand-hammered bronze
  • 14" x 6.5" chrome over brass

On these drums, I use these Remo heads: clear Ambassadors on toms and bass drum and control sound on the snare.

Sticks I use are Vater 5B wood tip.

My cymbals are made by Sabian:

  • 14" Paragon Hi-Hats
  • 22" Legacy Heavy Ride
  • 17" HH Thin Crash
  • 16" HH Thin Crash
  • 12" HH Splash
  • 19" Paragon Chinese

I record with the BOSS BR-1600 Digital Recording Studio which is a stand-alone hard-drive recorder with built-in CD writer etc. Quite nice, and extremely portable.
