Drums
I play Gretsch USA Custom drums in Dark Walnut Gloss Lacquer finish. The sizes are:
- 12" x 8" mounted tom
- 13" x 9" mounted tom
- 14" x 14" floor tom
- 22" x 16" bass drum
- 14" x 6.5" 20 split-lug snare drum
I also play Ludwig snare drums:
- 14" x 6.5" chrome over brass with tube lugs
- 14" x 5" hand-hammered bronze with imperial lugs
On these drums, I use Remo heads.
Clear or
coated ambassadors, or
clear or
coated Controlled Sound (clear dot).
Sticks I use are Vater 5B wood tip.
My cymbals are made by Sabian:
I record with the BOSS BR-1600 Digital Recording Studio which is a stand-alone
hard-drive recorder with built-in CD writer etc. Quite nice, and extremely
portable.
